Policies

Order placement policies:

1. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS after placement of order.

2. For forced cancelations after confirmation, the customer is liable for the shipping fee + RTS fee & is probable to be banned from any courier service nationwide.

3. Refund equivalent to product price (excluding shipping fee) is only applicable when the product is heavily damaged such as tore). Fulfilled orders will be shipped within 3 days from the confirmation date.

GUARANTEES:

1. Not satisfied? You RETURN.

Customer shall cover the shipping fees to return a product. Our team will check the item condition and we will refund the price of the products ordered (excluding the shipping fee) once condition is at least good and still sellable. 

2. Received a wrong/damaged item? Keep it, it's FREE.

Customer shall not be charged with any additional fee once the item/s received is a mistake or damaged. Our team will send the correct item as soon as possible and the customer shall keep the wrong/damaged item for free. 

3. Size not fitting? Let's EXCHANGE.

Customer shall return to our store address the item/s that are not in desired/fitting size. Our team will wait until the item/s arrive to the store and will review if it is still in good and sellable quality. After review, and if the quality is still good and sellable, our will send the new item/s with the desired/fitting size/s. 

Customer shall cover the cost of shipping to return the item/s. We will cover the cost of sending the new item/s.

4. Haven't received within 30 days? We'll REFUND.

For orders within the Philippines (excluding far island areas, such as Palawan, Batanes, Tawi-Tawi, etc.), we will refund the total order cost (including the shipping fee) to customer when the parcel will not arrive within 30 days from the shipping date.

 

Estimated Delivery Lead Time (Partner Courier: J&T Express):

From VISAYAS (since we are based in Tacloban City)

to Luzon: 3-7 days

to Visayas: 3-7 days

to Mindanao: 7-14 days

Note: Expect some delays due to the imposition of community quarantine protocols in some areas.
